Move your firm forward · RIAs, Broker-Dealers, TAMPs, Insurance & Aggregators

Run your entire firm on one record you own.

Every custodian, CRM, portfolio system, planning tool and billing platform your firm already runs — 690+ integrations — reconciled into a canonical record inside a data lake that belongs to you. Milemarker runs the infrastructure underneath and powers everything on top of it.

Foundations grew from $2B to $11B on it. RFG gave every advisor five hours a week back. SignatureFD turned six weeks of data work into six seconds.

Custodian-neutral. Your Snowflake. We sell software — we will never own a piece of your firm.

Trusted by today’s leading wealth management firms

Why firms choose us

A data layer is a promise until something is running on it.

Milemarker has been the record underneath working firms for years. Mutual Group runs commissions and compliance for 200 advisory firms on it. Priority Financial Group runs a multi-tenant platform reaching credit unions on it. The Pinnacle Group unified its insurance business on it, then syndicated that capability out to the largest RIAs in the country.

Sixty-four public releases since November — roughly two a week, every one dated.

The trade nobody talks about

Unifying your data has always meant handing it to whoever unified it.

The offer never changes. Give us the data, we’ll give you one version of the truth. And it works — right up until you want to leave, or build something they didn’t plan for, or ask a question their schema has no field for. That is what switching costs actually are. The software was never the lock.

Milemarker reconciles across 690+ sources into a Snowflake data lake your firm owns outright. Unified, and still yours. We run and maintain the infrastructure so your firm never has to.

How it works

Connect. Reconcile. Operate. Compound.

Connect

Custodians, CRM, portfolio accounting, planning, billing, compliance. By API, data share, SFTP, or a file dropped in email. Nothing gets replaced, and Milemarker maintains the connectors.

Reconcile

One client. One household. One account. One position. Canonical records that agree across every system feeding them, so a number means the same thing in the board deck and in the advisor’s dashboard.

Operate

Advisors, operations, compliance and executives working from the same record with the dashboards, workflows and AI configured to how your firm actually runs.

Compound

Every quarter the record gets deeper and everything built on it gets better. That compounding belongs to your firm, because the record does.

Artificial intelligence

Your AI can answer questions here. It can also run the place.

Most AI in wealth management is a chat box bolted onto old software. Milemarker meets your firm at four levels of autonomy, all on the same record you own.

Ask

Navigator answers questions in plain language, on your firm’s data, in your firm’s voice. White-labeled to whatever you want to call it.

Operate

Your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini operates the platform through the Milemarker MCP server. Not a plugin. The full administrative surface.

Automate

Relay wires systems and actions into durable workflows that keep running when a vendor changes an API.

Delegate

Autonomous agents working on your behalf, inheriting the signed-in user’s own permissions and your tenant boundary.

Every rung has a ship date in our public release notes.

Milemarker MCP

Everything an administrator can do here, an agent can do too.

Point your firm’s own AI at Milemarker and ask it to explore your Snowflake data, author and publish a canonical record, deploy a metric and the chart that renders it, build a page, configure a form, set a row-access policy, tag a column as PII, provision users into an access group, or stand up a new Navigator agent.

It does that work through the same governed, permissioned API your administrators use — inside your tenant boundary, with the signed-in user’s own entitlements, confirming every modifying action before it runs and producing auditable artifacts when it does.

That is a different claim from “we have an AI assistant.” It means the platform was built API-first, all the way down. You don’t have to take our word for the depth. Connect your own agent and count.

The interface is optional

Anything your team can do in the admin panel, an agent can do through the protocol. Pages, metrics, forms, menus, users, access groups, search indexes, semantic views.

Governed by design

Agents inherit the permissions of the person who invoked them and never cross a tenant boundary. Destructive changes require confirmation. PII tagging supports a dry run before anything is written.

Model-agnostic

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or an agent your firm builds. Milemarker doesn’t pick your model, and your data doesn’t train anyone’s.

Customers

The proof has names on it.

SignatureFD

Six weeks of data work, answered in six seconds.

RFG Advisory

Five hours a week back, per advisor, within six weeks of launch.

Foundations Investment

$2B to $11B in assets, 1,600+ advisors added on the platform.

Elevation Point

Outpacing competitors who had a ten-year head start.

Mutual Group

Commissions and compliance, streamlined across 200 advisory firms.

Priority Financial Group

A multi-tenant platform reaching a growing network of credit unions.

The Pinnacle Group

Insurance unified, then syndicated to the largest RIAs in the country.

Trillium Wealth

From about $70M to roughly $550M across six offices, on one record they own.

“The more I control at the data level, the more I control everything else — for our team, and most of all for our clients.”

Steve Laska · Managing Partner, Trillium Wealth

What ownership makes possible

Five of these firms now sell what they built here.

Foundations added 1,600 advisors on the platform. Priority Financial Group runs a multi-tenant platform for credit unions. The Pinnacle Group syndicated its insurance capability to the largest RIAs in the country. Mutual Group operates commissions and compliance for 200 firms. Elevation Point built the connective layer that lets it compound value across its partners instead of just acquiring them.

None of them set out to become a platform. They set out to fix their data, and then found they were holding something they could distribute.

When the record belongs to your firm, what you build on it is a business — not a subscription you renew.

Nearly 700 integrations

Your stack, connected as it is.

140 wealth-native connectors built and maintained in-house — custodians, CRM, portfolio accounting, planning, billing, compliance — plus 557 more through Milemarker Express, our managed integration service. No rip-and-replace. No custom development. No new vendor for your team to babysit.

Real-Time API

Direct API connections provide live data synchronization with supported platforms.

SFTP Transfer

Secure file transfers for batch data processing on scheduled intervals.

Data Share

Direct database connections via Snowflake data sharing or AWS Redshift.

Email Ingestion

Forward or attach data files to your dedicated Milemarker ingest address and they land automatically in your data lake.

Who it’s for

Three ways firms run on Milemarker.

Advisory firms

Every system in your practice holds a different version of the same client. Milemarker resolves them into one record your firm owns, then powers the reporting, workflows and AI on top of it.

Networks, aggregators and broker-dealers

One foundation, many tenants. Run commissions, compliance and reporting across hundreds of firms, with each one seeing only what it should.

Asset managers, insurers and product providers

Turn distribution data into intelligence and deliver your capability into the workflows of the firms that sell it. Build on the platform through the MCP server and the App API instead of waiting on a roadmap.

Enterprise-grade security

Built for the diligence you’ll be put through.

Your own Snowflake

The data lake is your firm’s, with row-access policies and per-advisor entitlements enforced at the data layer.

Never a training set

Your data does not train anyone else’s model. Ours included.

Governed by design

SSO, role-based access groups, audit logging, PII tagging and column masking. Agents inherit the signed-in user’s permissions and never cross your tenant boundary.

Independent

We connect to every major custodian and regularly help firms move assets between them. We sell software. We will never hold equity or an operating role in your firm.

SOC 2 Type II

Independently audited security controls, reviewed annually.

Changelog

Sixty-four releases since November. Roughly two a week.

Version 1.28 to 1.35.2 in eight months: the MCP server, Navigator, Relay event forwarding, access groups and RBAC, a 30+ chart engine, Experience Builder. Published notes, dated, on a schedule you can check.

The MCP surface wasn’t a demo we bolted on. It took four months of deliberately exposing the platform’s own administrative surface as governed, permissioned APIs — Pages, Menus, Metrics, Forms, Workflows and Reference Data, all previously admin-UI only — so an agent could do the work a person does, on rails.

The team

Built by people who built the last generation of this.

Milemarker is led by Jud Mackrill, former CMO of Orion and Carson, and Kyle Van Pelt, formerly of SS&C and Nitrogen, with a team drawn from Orion, Carson, Nitrogen, Pentanix, Snappy Kraken and Salesloft.

What is Milemarker?

Milemarker is a data infrastructure platform built for wealth management. It connects more than 690 data sources — custodians, CRMs, portfolio accounting, financial planning, billing, and compliance systems — and reconciles them into a single data lake your firm owns. Firms use it to report revenue across custodians, track advisor productivity, reconcile billing and fees, and put clean data behind AI.

Who is Milemarker built for?

Milemarker serves RIAs and family offices, independent broker-dealers, banks and trust companies, insurance carriers, private equity–backed platforms and aggregators, TAMPs and OCIOs, fund managers, and asset managers. The problem is the same across all of them: client, account, position, and revenue data sits in systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and no one can answer a basic question about the business without an export.

Does Milemarker replace our current technology stack?

No. Milemarker connects the systems you already use without requiring you to replace them. Advisors continue using their existing CRM, portfolio platform, and planning tools — Milemarker normalizes and unifies the data underneath.

How long does implementation take?

Implementations run between 2 and 12 weeks. Where a firm lands in that range depends on scope and on how quickly your team picks up Milemarker MCP — teams that lean on it move fastest.

Milemarker stays hands-on throughout, because the goal is for your team to run the platform rather than depend on ours. Every firm gets a success manager dedicated to making sure your business goals are met, working sessions every other week, training sessions, monthly partner calls, regular release notes, and full documentation.

What does Milemarker do with my firm's data?

Milemarker reads from the systems your firm already runs, normalizes each source into a consistent structure, and reconciles them into one record. That record lives in your firm's own governed environment, not a shared vendor database. You keep the raw feeds, the normalized tables, and the logic that produced them. Milemarker never uses your data to train AI models, and it is never for sale.

Does Milemarker train AI models on my client data?

No. At Milemarker we want to be absolutely clear: your data is yours. We treat it as sacred, we never use it to train AI models, and it is never for sale. Your firm's data sits in a governed environment scoped to your firm, with access controlled by your own roles and permissions.

What happens to my data if we stop using Milemarker?

You own your data. That does not change when the relationship does — your firm's data is yours during the engagement and yours afterward. It is never sold, and it is never used to train AI models.

Where does my firm's data live, and who can access it?

Your data lands in a governed environment scoped to your firm, with access controlled by your own roles and permissions rather than shared across customers. Milemarker runs on redundant infrastructure across three cloud providers and monitors it continuously. Data residency controls, right to deletion, and privacy-first defaults are built in, and the platform is GDPR compliant.

Is Milemarker SOC 2 certified?

Yes. Milemarker is SOC 2 certified, and is currently pursuing ISO 42001 certification for AI management systems. Data residency controls, right to deletion, and privacy-first defaults are built into the platform, which runs on redundant infrastructure across three cloud providers under continuous monitoring.

What systems does Milemarker connect to?

More than 690 data connections, spanning custodians, CRMs, portfolio accounting and performance systems, financial planning tools, billing and revenue platforms, document management, and compliance systems. Milemarker builds and maintains these connections directly and partners with third-party providers to extend them, so the catalog grows continuously. Connections specific to wealth management — the systems generalist data tools tend not to cover — are the deliberate focus.

Do I need engineers or an IT project to use Milemarker?

No. Milemarker builds and maintains the connections, so your firm does not write code, run extracts, or stand up infrastructure. Operations teams work in Milemarker directly — building reports, reconciling revenue, and changing what leadership sees without filing a ticket or waiting on a development cycle.

What makes a firm's data "AI-ready"?

Data is AI-ready when a model can answer a question about your business without a person first explaining where everything lives and which fields mean what. Most firms fail that test — their data is spread across systems with conflicting identifiers, inconsistent field names, and no shared definition of a household or a fee. Milemarker does the normalization and reconciliation up front, so AI works against one reconciled record instead of a dozen partial ones.

What is Milemarker MCP?

Milemarker MCP connects Claude directly to your firm's Milemarker environment. You describe the metric, table, chart, or dashboard you want in plain language, and it gets built against your real data — including the styling on top of it. It reads and builds; it cannot alter the underlying data.

Can I build reports by describing what I want?

Yes. Operations leaders at firms using Milemarker MCP build reconciled revenue views, quarterly fee forecasts, client health scoring, and leadership dashboards by describing them rather than specifying them for someone else to build. The work that used to wait on an engineering queue now happens the same day the question is asked.
