Teamwork handles AI-powered project management, resource scheduling and management and budget tracking and cost control for agencies, IT services and consulting. If your firm runs it, Milemarker brings that data into an environment you own and govern — held alongside your custodial, CRM and planning data rather than in a silo of its own.
Overview.
Teamwork handles AI-powered project management, resource scheduling and management and budget tracking and cost control for agencies, IT services and consulting. The records it holds — projects, resources and budgets — sit under its own export limits, retention rules and terms governing what you may do with your own information. Most of what a firm runs was never designed to hand its data back. Milemarker's ingestion layer connects to Teamwork and lands what your agreements permit into a Snowflake environment your firm owns and administers, normalized into a model that stays stable even when the systems around it change. That means Teamwork stops being a corner of the business nobody can report on. Its data joins your custodial, CRM, billing and planning sources under one set of rules — row-level entitlements, PII masking and SOC 2 Type II controls you set, rather than the scope any one vendor happens to offer.
How it works.
We start by confirming what Teamwork holds for your firm and what your agreements permit you to export, retain and reuse. Milemarker then connects over Teamwork's API and lands that data into a Snowflake environment your firm owns, normalized alongside everything else you run. Access is governed there: row-level entitlements, PII masking and audit trails applied per user and per field. From that point Teamwork data can be combined with any other source you hold the rights to use.
