This release is about making the platform work harder behind the scenes so your team can work less. Smarter automation, better datatables, and workflow improvements that save real time.
The Big Stuff
Workflow Automation: Your workflows now trigger actions automatically. When a request is assigned or its status changes, those events fire off to Milemarker Automation for downstream triggers. Follow-up tasks, notifications, escalations — no one has to click a button.
Smarter Datatables: Collapse tables to save space. Switch to condensed view for metrics-heavy pages. Set default record counts (25, 50, 75, or 100). Associated tables in Layers load collapsed by default — they only fetch data when you expand them. Page load times drop significantly.
Real-Time Updates: No more refreshing the page. Changes reflect in the datatable immediately. Switch between 1-column and 2-column layouts in workflow details. Tooltips are consistent across every grid.
Springboard Toggle: Admins can now enable or disable the Springboard per tenant. Less clutter for teams that don't need it.
